Starting price for the cruise is $699 per person (based on double occupancy)*. Included in the pricing is the cruise fair (accommodations); gourmet dining, including 24 hour complimentary room service; all onboard entertainment and activities; a $100 per cabin onboard credit; and VIP access to all the concerts and special events hosted by our group. All guests must pay $195 for taxes, fees and gratuities regardless of age. It is also important to note that guests must book their cruise through Paradise Tours and Travel to be part of our group. There are no exceptions.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The statement we will send you confirming your reservation is an agreement between Paradise Tours and Travel LLC and the passenger.  All prices, payments and penalties are quoted per passenger, based on double occupancy (two full paying passengers per stateroom). FARE INCLUSIVE: Your cruise rate includes ocean transportation, service and meals including complimentary 24 hour room service, open activities and entertainment onboard the ship, $100 per stateroom onboard credit and exclusive VIP admission to all special events, concerts and activities that pertain to our group.  The stateroom prices listed are based on the initial allotment of inventory reserved.

MAKING YOUR RESERVATION: There are two types of payment options available: credit card and check or money order. A deposit of $250 per person is required to book your stateroom. Within 72 hours of receiving your deposit you will receive your cabin assignment and individual booking number. If you are interested in going on the cruise but need to check your availability, make your deposit and you will have seven days from the date of your deposit to receive a full refund of your deposit with no cancellation penalty.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Credit Card: Passengers may choose to pay for their cabins in full or use a payment plan.  For payment plans, a deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the remaining balance paid in equal monthly payments starting 30 days after the initial deposit until July 31, 2015. All monthly payments must be made by automatic credit card draft. All bookings made after July 31, 2015 must be secured by full payment of the total cruise fare.
Check or Money Order: If paying by check or money order, after your initial deposit is made, the total cruise balance is due in our office no later than July 31, 2015. You may also send in payments to be applied to your account, as long as the entire balance is paid by July 31, 2015. All bookings made after July 31, 2015 must be secured by the total cruise fare.


GRATUITIES: All passengers must pay $195 to cover taxes, fees and gratuities, regardless of age.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: If you purchase Travel Protection Insurance when you make your initial deposit, it will cover pre-existing conditions, with the exception of terminal illnesses. Premiums for Travel Protection Insurance are now based on age and cost of the cruise, instead of just a flat rate. We will be happy to provide a quote per your request.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to either info@paratt.com or mailed to Paradise Tours and Travel / 2605 W Pleasant Grove Rd / Suite 202 - 111 / Rogers, AR 72758. In the event of cancellation, deposits and any payments made prior to July 31, 2015 are refundable. However, if cancellation occurs after seven days of making your reservation, a $95 administrative fee will be assessed and charged to the passenger's credit card on file.
